- Make a general donation to the Steven M Perez Foundation in memory of Steven, a loved one, or someone battling cancer. We welcome any contributions that will allow us to sponsor more patients and families.

ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYER MATCHING PROGRAMS
To make a donation, simply follow the instructions
below, select the type of donation, and donate the
appropriate amount.
You will be asked to verify and
accept the submission, and will then be redirected to
a secure form where you can enter your credit card
information.
We can only accept a minimum
donation of $5.00.
